Free Shipping Threshold
In order for us to be able to cover shipping fees for your order to the U.S., Free Shipping applies on orders that spend a subtotal of USD $75+ (before taxes and after using any discount codes).
Order processing time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (majority is 1-2 business days). Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Some orders (if you ordered more than 3+ items, could take 1 more business day to process). Your tracking number could take a few days to update and get scanned.
Note: Sometimes during influx of orders, like holiday season, shipping couriers have delays in scanning the tracking number of picked up orders and may take extra few days for the scan to appear.
Pre-Orders:
If the order is on "pre-order", the shipping estimate date will be mentioned on the product page and checkout. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your pre-order, we will contact you via email. Pre-orders are shipping with in-stock items, so please separate into two orders if you want your in-stock items sooner.
Shipping Transit Times:
Shipping times vary according to location, and you can read more below on average transit times. However, please allow additional days in transit for delivery as there are rare cases where couriers could experience delays that are out of our control.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for items below threshold or exception states, will be calculated and displayed at checkout and there are NO tariffs or duties for our American customers. We ship from California, and within the USA for U.S. and local orders.
We are offering flat rate shipping depending on subtotal (after discounts and before taxes).
*U.S. Exceptions that don't qualify for free shipping and may have different transit times: Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam (or outlying island areas).

Please enter a street address to the best of your ability as additional fees may apply and we may need to contact you to either collect additional cost/ fees or change to a street address.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 48 hours from processing. Note: Sometimes during influx of orders, like holiday season, shipping couriers have delays in scanning the tracking number of picked up orders and may take extra few days for the scan to appear.
If you do not claim your order
It is the responsibility of the customer to claim their order in the case it ends up at the post office. It is also the responsibility of the customer to provide the correct contact & shipping information at checkout. If due to negligence of following up with your order/ or providing wrong information, or not paying the taxes by your country laws, and the item is returned to us, Scoria World will not be able to refund the order. Scoria World will have to make the choice of whether to destroy the item or pay extra high penalty costs on behalf of the customer to have the shipment come back to us. If the customer requests it to be re-shipped, high additional shipping costs will apply and Scoria will only release your order and ship it again after payment of the additional shipping costs.
Lost/ damaged items
We deeply appreciate our customers, and it is very important that you get your item(s)! If you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately.Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before sending us your request/ claim as we will request a picture/ proof.
If the order is lost in transit, please contact us to let us know if you have not received your item so we can file a claim with the shipping courier and we will make sure you receive your order with whatever shipping problems that may occur.

International shipping is available worldwide. Each country has a different shipping cost depending on address. We ship all our products that are going outside of the U.S. from Canada.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Scoria World is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, VAT, customs etc.).
Scoria currently ships all items from Canada. Please check with your country taxes or laws for an estimate of taxes and custom clearance for packages coming from Canada.
No refunds upon refusing a shipment
If you refuse a shipment because of unexpected import fees, the item(s) will be destroyed after being held at customs. This means your item(s) will not be refundable, and Scoria cannot cancel or refund your order in this case. Also, shipping fees will not be refunded.
Scoria World Inc. is not responsible for delays due to the shipping carrier or customs clearance. Delivery time does not include Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays.
If you do not claim your order
It is the responsibility of the customer to claim their order in the case it ends up at the post office. It is also the responsibility of the customer to provide the correct contact & shipping information at checkout. If, due to negligence of following up with your order/ or providing wrong information, items held will be held for only a few weeks and then will be forced to be destroyed. Sadly, the order will not be refunded or re-shipped to the customer by Scoria World.
