Please check our return policy. Customers must cover shipping costs back to our address in Canada, if an item is to be returned and withdrawn. If an item is already fulfilled/ processed and its on its way to shipping address, we are unable to make changes to the order, the customer then would be able to return the item following our return policy and covering shipping costs back to Canada.
