INTERNATIONAL:
International shipping is available worldwide. Each country has a different shipping cost depending on address. We ship all our products from Canada.
VAT/ DUTIES:
We are unfortunately NOT responsible for duties or taxes applied when shopping with us. We currently ship all our items from our warehouse in Canada. Please check with your country taxes or laws for packages coming from Canada of what estimate VAT/tax rates may look like.
Future: we are working in the near future to be able to have a warehouse in different locations around the world. However, at the time being all items are coming from Canada.

FLAT RATE LOW SHIPPING COST:
Even though customer is responsible for their customs/ Duties/ taxes/ VAT, we tried our best to make it easier by providing lower shipping rates than our actual international cost. Please remember our yoga mats are fairly heavy and big in size!

IMPORTANT:
** Scoria World Inc. is not responsible for any duties/taxes upon arrival to your location & any delays due to the shipping carrier or customs clearance. Delivery time does not include Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays.
** Customs, duty, and international taxes are non-refundable. If you refuse a shipment because of unexpected import fees, the cost of the original shipping, any brokerage/customs/duty/taxes, and any return shipping charges will not be refunded.
** If the item was held for more than 3-4 weeks in the post office because customer refused clearing customs or refused to pick up the package on time, the shipping courier FORCES us to destroy the shipment at a destruction cost that incurs to us. The order will not be refunded in that case or re-shipped by us. We try our best to notify you in this case through all forms of communication so that you can pick up the package or clear the fees on time.
