INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for shopping with us at Scoria! Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our International Shipping Policy.
International shipping is available worldwide. Each country has a different shipping cost depending on address. And, each country has different duties and tax laws. We ship all our products from Canada.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Scoria World is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Scoria currently ships all items from Canada. Please check with your country taxes or laws for an estimate of taxes and custom clearance for packages coming from Canada.
These charges are typically due once the package arrives in the destination country. The buyer is responsible for paying the additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. These charges can vary widely and are often based on the price and type of item, package weight and dimensions, origin country, and the taxes, duties, and fees of the destination country. Scoria World can’t predict or calculate these fees, or if any will be applied.
If this is of concern to you, please check your country's estimated taxes/duties/ VAT/ laws for shipments coming from Canada.
No refunds upon refusing a shipment
If you refuse a shipment because of unexpected import fees, the item(s) will be destroyed after being held at customs. This means your item(s) will not be refundable, and Scoria cannot cancel or refund your order in this case. Also, shipping fees will not be refunded.
Scoria World Inc. is not responsible for delays due to the shipping carrier or customs clearance. Delivery time does not include Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays.
If you do not claim your order
It is the responsibility of the customer to claim their order in the case it ends up at the post office. It is also the responsibility of the customer to provide the correct contact & shipping information at checkout. If, due to negligence of following up with your order/ or providing wrong information, items held will be held for only a few weeks. Sadly, the order gets held for too long without claiming your product, the post office will not send the items back to us, they will force us to destroy the shipment. Before this happen, Scoria would also try to reach out to the customer at the contact information provided at checkout. If the item passes this time and post office forces us to destroy the item, item will not be refunded or be able to be re-shipped to the customer.

Lost/ damaged items
We love our customers, and it is very important that you get your item(s)! If you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately.Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before sending us your request/ claim as we will request a picture/ proof.
If the order is lost in transit, please contact us to let us know if you have not received your item so we can file a claim with the shipping courier and we will make sure you receive your order with whatever shipping problems that may occur.
