This was my first time using a cork mat, so I purchased this spray to help me "stick" to my mat at the start of practice. It turns out I'm plenty sweaty all the time, but I still use the spray for its great scent and a little added grip!
CanadaDefinitely helps increase my grip (especially on colder mornings, or when my yoga practice is a bit more restorative and I’m not perspiring). Also, smells great!
